Returns & Refunds Policy

At WooderfulS, we take pride in the quality and care of our handmade products. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is:

  • Faulty or damaged

  • Not as described

  • Not fit for purpose

  • Doesn’t match the sample or description provided

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, particularly for custom or personalised items, unless required by law.

If you believe your product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at wooderfuls.info@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the item.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for us to process a refund or replacement.

 

Important Notes:

  • Earrings come with care instructions. Refunds or replacements are not offered for damage caused by improper care or neglect.

  • Refunds will be processed promptly once the returned item is received and assessed. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

  • All returns and refunds are at the discretion of WooderfulS.

  • Some products contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard. Please keep out of reach of children and pets.
